Hello and once again my name is Sarah Trask, I am a licensed Massage Therapist and Master Body Worker. I have lived in Arizona since 2010. Recently moved to Rapid City South Dakota. I was not always a Massage Therapist, I spent the last 20 years working many different jobs where I ended up feeling stuck and depressed. My last job in Aerospace was the echelon to my awakening...

It has taken me a long time to find what my passion is in life and a lot of courage to take the necessary risks to become a Massage therapist. It was not easy leaving a comfortable job and venturing out on my own. Now, I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made.

I never get bored, each person is different and unique and its a real joy to find out what I can do to bring the most relief. It is a very rewarding experience; being able to help others feel better, and helping them relieve stress and pain.
